No, The Vintage Cellar is a private event space. Our tastings require 8 or more people by reservation only and must take place after hours of operation.
Yes, outside caterers for private events are welcome as long as they provide the staff and equipment necessary.
During hours of operation the only spaces available are the school house room and the private outside patio area. After hours the all of our facilities are available including bar area, school house room, and outdoor patio. They can all be rented together, or rented as separate areas.
Private Lunch Events (ending before 5PM) include 2 hours.
Private Dinner Events (beginning after 5PM) include 3 hours.
Private Half Day Events (flexible start time) include 5 hours.
Weddings include 5 hours (6:30pm – 11:30pm) with a hard start time of 6:30pm on days of operation.
These are our standard times, however, we are happy to accommodate requests.
Once the date is secured all payments are non-refundable but may be used as a credit towards another event.
We do not permit any hard alcohol on premise. All Private Events include award-winning wines and non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of the event.
Yes! One of the perks of being a winery, we do offer wine gifts for an additional fee.
We have amazing preferred vendors who make your day very special and know the property well. However, you’re more than welcome to use a vendor that is not on our list.
Dogs are allowed outside and should be leashed or small enough to be carried.
Yes, all other packages, we require a minimum of 15 guests. Final guest head count is due 10 days prior to your event. Any time after that, you may increase your headcount but cannot decrease.
Yes, we have all of our wines for sale for the event. We do provide discounts for large quantities and offer by the glass for the wines that we are serving during hours of operation.
Yes. We do allow outside decorations for special events. Please ask if you are unsure of any items that may be unacceptable. The Vintage Cellar does not provide staff for loading and unloading or any materials/equipment needed such as tape, scissors, rope, ladder, extension cords, etc.
Desserts and decorations may be dropped off before your event.
Desserts, such as cakes or cupcakes may be brought in. We allow small quantities of outside food on the property that can fit in a refrigerator.
We are very flexible with our school house room and outdoor patio. Our bar area is only available Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a reservation, or after hours of operation.
Yes, our school house room can hold up to 30 people for any and all meetings or events.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The final payment is due 5 days prior to the event.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks made to The Vintage Cellar.
